WATERTOWN, MA — May 22, 2025 —For the second year in a row, Survey Healthcare Global (SHG), now part of Konovo, a technology-first healthcare intelligence company, won a BOBI award as the top Creative Fieldwork Team of the Year in the prestigious competition sponsored by the British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association (BHBIA). The win attests to Konovo’s deep expertise in sourcing custom audiences for life science and healthcare market insights efforts – essential expertise that can deepen analysis and uncover opportunities, even with niche audience and disease categories — without sacrificing speed.
Led by Konovo VP of Qualitative Business Development Tamara Burke, the team representing Konovo won the award by completing a fantasy tender focused on patients living with glaucoma and the healthcare professional (HCP) specialists managing their care. Judges commended the submission for its “methodical and pragmatic approach that demonstrated a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver complex fieldwork projects” – an effort that “showcased both strategic thinking and practical expertise.”
Judges also said Konovo’s entry “showed creativity in adapting to the needs of both patients and HCPs” with its use of an online bulletin board, and praised its compliance planning that “reflected real-world awareness of recruitment and data handling requirements.”
