In 2018, less than a third of US oncologists believed they were informed enough to make recommendations to patients regarding medical marijuana, according to a study conducted by the Journal of Clinical Oncology. Five years later, the Apollo team wanted to understand if prescriber confidence had grown and how patients with chronic pain perceived medical marijuana as a palliative alternative.
